Von der Aufnahme Good Times
Songtext
We had some good times, ain’t no bad times,
I mean real good times, well we’re ain’t not going home
So we kicked it off down in the south,
we first had some fish and blues.
And some lovely freak crashed our very first show,
found it hard to stay in groove.
And then it turned out that he’ll be our next host,
both felt anxious about that.
But a few days later you told me that this night
was one of the best you’ve had.

Sat down at the bar, drank some gin,
discovered some new favorite songs.
The Bar-Staff was great, they kept us up all night,
till well at last we all tried to dance.
Later next morning, the breakfast just sucked,
but I just couldn’t resist.
Got back to the room, hangover-chill,
well the room-service was seriously missed.

So one more night, in a dart-saloon,
the sound was nearly great.
But just a few folk’s were showing up at the show
and some blabbermouth took our nerves/ Got on our nerves.
And in the first row there sat a nazi-asshole
and i told to go fuck himself.
The mood turned a little bit later got well.
We ended up sober at the hotel.
Refrain
After that short trip we went separate ways,
i guess we were some kind of lost.
There was something extra special,
well i just don’t know how to find the right words.
So we wrote tons of messages a couple of days
and we swore we’re gonna do it again.
And i’m sure next time, this ride’s gonna get fine,
cause love always wins.
